Business Development Manager – Health, Wellness & Beauty. Bring iconic Aussie brands to life in-store.

What you'll do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of high‑potential retail partners
  • Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
  • Execute the "Perfect Store" model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
  • Build strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
  • Capture and share competitor insights and on‑the‑ground opportunities
  • Report on store‑level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game

About you
  • 3+ years' experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful; experience is preferred)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship‑builder with a proactive, hands‑on approach
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Able to travel across your territory
