Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Identify and prospect new customers from within our primary marketing area.
- Understand customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes.
- Build rapport and form long-term business relationships.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process and assist less experienced sales consultants.
- Promote company products and services to ensure successful introductions.
- Attend business and industry events as required.
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Drive growth through innovative sales strategies and strong customer relationships.
Experience Required:
- Previous automotive sale management experience with demonstrated leadership skills in a retail environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Sound computer skills and ability to maximise output from databases.
- Highly professional approach with a proven work ethic.
- Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and achieve sales goals.
