Job Overview

A Workplace Advisory Specialist provides expert support and guidance to employees in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to manage complex situations, and possess a deep understanding of workplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Coordination: Manage high-level intake, triage, and coordination of services to ensure timely and effective support for employees.
  • Managerial Support: Provide executive support to various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Employee Support: Deliver individual counselling and coaching to employees, focusing on personal and work-related issues.
  • Critical Incident Response: Coordinate responses to critical incidents, ensuring the well-being and safety of employees.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Organisational Development: Provide customised services to meet the needs of customers, driving positive change and improvement within organisations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Holds qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work.
  • Registration: Is currently registered with AHPRA or holds AASW membership.
  • Experience: Has broad experience providing individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues.
  • Leadership: Possesses strong leadership/management experience, with the ability to analyse and interpret data and key trends.
  • Communication: Skilled in report writing and program design, with the ability to partner with customers and key stakeholders.
