Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert advice and guidance on workplace services, including management of high-level complex intake, triage, and clinical coordination.

This role involves providing managerial and executive support, individual counselling and coaching, critical incident response, training and development, and customized organisational development services.

You will have regular involvement with key stakeholders, including internal support teams, customers, and affiliate businesses.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position, working full-time in the Health and Human Services industry. You will be responsible for managing high-level complex intake, triage, and clinical coordination of services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on workplace services
  • Managing high-level complex intake, triage, and clinical coordination
  • Delivering individual counselling and coaching
  • Coodinating critical incident response
  • Designing and delivering training and development programs
  • Providing customised organisational development services

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work, current AHPRA registration or AASW membership, and experience providing individual coaching and support.
