Commercial Property Portfolio Manager Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property leases and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease agreements, including negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends and government policies to ensure optimal use of government property assets.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting to achieve best value for money.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial property management and project management, with a focus on lease management.
  • Strong understanding of government property policy and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
