About the Role

The NSW Government is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Officer to join the Corporate Services directorate. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical support for the day-to-day operations of the organisation's ICT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical administration and leadership to the NSW Government in the areas of products, systems, and configurations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support and the delivery of projects.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on systems performance, including 3rd party support vendors.
  • Contribute to building capability within the ICT technical stream, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and coaching.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent knowledge and workplace experience, including ongoing professional development.
  • All roles associated with the NSW Government are required to have a current Working with Children Check.
