Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Officer to join our team at SA Health, providing administrative support to our Riverland Mallee Coorong Community and Allied Health team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors across the region.
  • Manage corporate and medical records, staff training, fleet coordination, stock control, and other administrative tasks.
  • Process invoices, manage Basware and Oracle systems, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
  • Proficient in effective verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborative team member promoting cooperation.
  • Exceptional customer service and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in computer operations, including office administration and Microsoft Excel usage.
