Job Role:

- Coordinate menus with the culinary team

- Assist the restaurant manager in all operational aspects

- Oversee special events and large bookings

- Plan, purchase, and price goods in line with business needs

- Maintain stock levels and financial records for the establishment

- Ensure health regulations are adhered to in the dining area and kitchen

- Communicate with customers to receive feedback on their dining experience

- Train new staff and implement service standards

- Possess knowledge of wine, regions, and blends suitable to our menu

- Promote the establishment in the local community through word-of-mouth and events

Requirements:

- A degree or diploma in hospitality management

- At least two years' experience managing a restaurant and working in the hospitality industry

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Proficient management and leadership skills

- Conflict resolution skills
