We're on the lookout for a hands-on, service-driven Supervisor to join our passionate team at Lotus Dining Group.

With 7 venues across Sydney, Lotus Dining is known for refined Chinese cuisine, hand-crafted dumplings, award-winning wine lists, and signature cocktails with a modern twist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Junior Supervisor ready to step into a leadership role within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

As a Supervisor, you'll work closely with the venue's General Manager to:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations
  • Lead and support the FOH team during busy service periods
  • Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and memorable service

This is an on-the-floor leadership position, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy, guest-facing role.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a busy hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support team members during service
  • A genuine passion for delivering welcoming, high-quality guest experiences
  • Confident in managing guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally
  • Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and table service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, team-first attitude
  • Valid RSA certificate – mandatory
  • Experience with Asian cuisine, wine, or cocktails is a plus
  • Familiarity with Kounta POS and SevenRooms is highly desirable
