About the Role

At Pyramid Global Technologies, we are seeking a seasoned Higher Education specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for driving innovation in higher education institutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting systems that enhance the student experience, learning, and teaching. They will work closely with senior management to design and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working in higher education institutions, particularly in areas such as student administration, digital teaching, and research management. Knowledge of systems such as Ellucian Banner, Tribal Group systems/CALLISTA, Technology One, Blackboard, and Canvas is highly desirable.

A strong background in learning design and development, as well as data architecture, would be a significant asset. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in higher education in Australia
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Estimated annual salary: $110,000 - $140,000 AUD
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and generous leave entitlements
