About You

We're seeking a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel setting, a significant plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, tackling challenges with confidence and creativity.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with poise and composure.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (OperaCloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.
