Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing professional to drive business growth through e-commerce pure play D2C platforms.

This role will oversee and refine paid advertising across multiple platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, to maximize visibility, drive conversions, and improve ROI.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage online retail operations, including brand website, third-party marketplaces, and retail partner integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to scale digital commerce and enhance the customer journey.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize media buying, audience targeting, and conversion paths.
  • Support site performance and conversion rate improvements with web and digital teams.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Experience managing digital commerce and paid media in fast-paced consumer industries.
  • Deep knowledge of successful D2C, retail, and marketplace eCommerce operations.
  • Skilled in managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms.
  • Proven success with influencer programs, content marketing, and community engagement.
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, creative, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
