What's the role about?

As our eCommerce Performance Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things eCommerce & Digital. From managing the day-to-day operations of our website to implementing promotions and optimizing performance, you'll be at the heart of our online trading efforts. You'll work closely with teams across the business—like Marketing and Customer Experience—to ensure our customers have a seamless and satisfying online journey.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for everything from uploading products and creating engaging content to analysing performance metrics and driving conversion rates. What you'll be doing:

• Owning the online experience:Ensure our eCommerce website is always on point, reflecting the brand's identity and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.
• Driving sales:Use your commercial savvy to manage site merchandising, promotions, and product presentation to maximize conversion and sales.
• Content wizardry:Oversee all product content and imagery, ensuring everything is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
• Strategic execution:Help develop and execute eCommerce and content strategies that drive sales, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Data-driven insights:Analyse weekly and monthly performance metrics, uncover actionable insights, and recommend improvements to hit KPIs and boost results.
• Customer champion:Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to resolve escalated queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Vendor coordination:Work with third-party vendors to manage promotions and communications.

What we're looking for:

We're after someone who's organized, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Here's what you'll need to succeed:

• Qualifications:Degree qualified in Marketing, Digital eCommerce or related fields.
• Experience:1-2+ years in an eCommerce role (bonus points if it's in fashion retail).
• Commercial mindset:You're laser-focused on delivering sales results and driving growth.
• Analytical skills:You know your way around eCommerce metrics, Google Analytics, and Excel, and you can turn data into actionable insights.
• Tech-savvy:Experience with CMS systems (Magento preferred) and a basic understanding of HTML will set you apart.
• Problem-solver:You're quick on your feet, thrive under pressure, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• Creative flair:You have an eye for detail and know how to make products and promotions shine online.
