Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Media Insights Consultant to support our client, Coles 360, from a data, analysis, and media insights perspective. The successful candidate will measure the success of media campaigns, provide recommendations for improvement, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Circana's proprietary software to mine data and provide analyses that address client challenges.
  • Develop customized reports and present findings to Coles via presentation or through the Coles Synergy platform.
  • Interpret reports and provide insights on campaign effectiveness and key implications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Coles.
  • Provide support and training to Coles on how to best utilize the Coles Synergy platform.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in media analytics or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail media programs.
  • Experience with analytical concepts related to media measurement and consumer segmentation.
  • Knowledge and experience with analyzing scan, shopper, or customer data.
  • Exceptional client service consulting skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and plan effectively.
