Strategic Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced programme lead to drive the success of our Youth Action Meeting (YAM) programme.

About the Role

The YAM Programme Manager is responsible for providing strategic advice and leadership to shape the programme's strategic direction, aligning with NSW Police Force Policy, government objectives, and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategy and policy advice to inform programme development and delivery.
  • Lead and manage programme coordinators across NSW to deliver programme outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective evaluation frameworks to ensure expected outcomes are delivered and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
Programme Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian Citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams to achieve complex project outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of programme evaluation frameworks and their application.
