Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transition Programme Manager to work closely with the Senior Product Owner to deliver a strategic programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop project plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective financial planning.
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks.
  • Implement process improvements and optimise programme delivery.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or qualification in business administration or a related field.
  • Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile or PMBOK.
  • Strong understanding of commercial agreements and contracts.
