We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the Connect to Work programme in Cumbria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to drive programme mobilisation and live-running.
  • Align the Connect to Work programme with wider local strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Lead on the operational and technical integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria.
