Our ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with extensive experience in various cuisines and styles, delivering high-quality food.

Responsibilities:
  • We require our chef to manage their own sections and maintain consistently high standards of food presentation throughout service
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrate good teamwork and reliability
  • We also expect our chefs to have strong knowledge of food hygiene compliance and practices
  • Able to work across a rotating roster with availability for Monday to Sunday
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional environment is essential
  • Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
  • Applicants should have qualifications or trade experience equivalent
  • Flexible and willing attitude with clear customer service skills
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation are essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
