The Story Bridge Hotel is looking for an additional experienced Chef to join the team in a busy, professional kitchen. You will be working in an energetic, friendly environment with a Head Chef and supportive team, offering a fast-paced kitchen experience.

We are seeking an outstanding person with experience in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern, innovative food.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
  • Take pride in food presentation and maintain top quality
  • Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ensure Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
  • Work across a rotating roster with availability for Mon to Sun
  • Approximately 38 hours per week
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
  • Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
  • Flexible and willing attitude with clear customer service skills
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
  • Strong teamwork and reliability
