Full Time Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a key role in our kitchen team.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Minimum 12 months of experience as a Sous Chef
  • Able to create menus that meet brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identity
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
  • Able to work across multiple shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent trade experience is required
  • Flexible attitude, clear communication and customer service skills are essential
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation is necessary for this role
