In this role, you'll work closely with business units to drive awareness, generate enquiries, and support our fundraising efforts. You'll lead end-to-end campaigns that create real results and change lives along the way.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Designing and delivering integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Driving audience growth, lead generation and donor engagement
  • Shaping plans that boost brand visibility and program success
  • Creating compelling, on-brand content that connects
  • Collaborating across teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Building strong media and partnership relationships
  • Monitoring, reporting and refining campaigns for impact

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive proven experience in marketing, communications, fundraising or brand management
  • Experience running B2B and B2C campaigns that deliver results
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
  • A flair for storytelling and creative thinking
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
