Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics System Implementation Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader with experience in transport operations, systems implementation, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of logistics systems across Australia and New Zealand, leading a team of analysts and collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers. They will be responsible for managing complex implementations end-to-end, from scoping to go-live, and ensuring seamless integration with operational needs.

This role requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics, transport management systems, and team leadership, with proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics system analysts
  • Manage complex logistics system implementations end-to-end
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needs
  • Recommend and validate logistics system functionality
  • Provide training and change support across operational teams and customer interfaces

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transport management systems, or a related field
  • Proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
