Senior Leadership Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to oversee the implementation of new customers across VIC & ROC.

As Senior Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team through development, coaching, and management.
    • Overseeing the implementation of all new customers across Implementation and Hypercare phases.
      • Maintaining senior stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
        • Collaborating with Sales, Commercial, MDM, and Service Delivery teams to drive business outcomes.
          • Supporting the maximisation of wallet share and margin during the hypercare phase.
            • Ensuring a smooth and timely handover of each customer from Implementation to Service Delivery.
              • Retaining team members and attracting talent through effective leadership.
                • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities for customers during the hypercare phase.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership in the logistics industry or implementation roles.
    • Understanding of Sales, Finance, Billing, Business Analysis, and Quality Control and their impact on day-to-day service delivery.
      • Delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
        • Managing multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
          • Displaying creative thinking to overcome customer rejections.
            • Adapting to changing conditions.
