Your Key Responsibilities

You'll lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results for valued customers. You'll drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation, champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture, and manage resources and logistics to optimize costs and exceed expectations.

Your Success Profile

  • Proven operations management experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office
  • Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
  • Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
