Are you a detail-driven professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with third-party logistics providers, drive process improvements, and manage relationships. If you have experience in logistics operations, preferably within eCommerce, retail, or a high-volume supply chain environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers to identify and implement process improvements
  • Train and upskill Logistics Coordinators on logistics tools and systems
  • Reconcile freight and warehousing invoices, and create effective invoice checking processes
  • Manage the logistics inbox and respond to queries promptly and accurately
  • Perform key logistics administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
  • Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to resolve logistics issues
  • Implement agreed process improvements across internal departments
  • Support the Logistics Management Team with project rollouts and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to freight and warehousing cost analysis, and assist with tender processes
Requirements:
  • Hold a University Degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business)
  • Have experience in Logistics operations, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or a high-volume supply chain environment
  • Be skilled at working with third-party logistics providers, focusing on relationship management and operational improvement
  • Be process-oriented, detail-driven, and able to identify inefficiencies
  • Be comfortable reconciling invoices and managing financial processes
  • Be an effective communicator, thriving in collaborative environments
  • Be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
