Our team provides tailored care to individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries through occupational rehabilitation. We work collaboratively with clients, employers, and medical professionals to achieve return-to-work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Case management to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes for clients
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote a safe working environment
- Completing assessments using clinical skills to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries from motor vehicle accidents
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
- Fabulous communication skills
- Compassion and kindness always go a long way
- Well-developed time management skills
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
