Business Banking Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking professional to lead our high-performing team of Business Bankers. This is a key role that will drive real impact for customers and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate customers on their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk management.
  • Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business proposals.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Prepare and submit customer lending proposals that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure our customers feel supported and valued through exceptional service and communication.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in lending and sound understanding of financial analysis and risk management.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Ability to model NAB's values and behaviours, driving efficiencies and effectiveness across the team and business.
