Organizational Change Strategist
Job Description:This is an opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a consistent organizational change framework across complex strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and project teams to embed change, overcome barriers, and deliver sustainable outcomes that support the organization's vision and objectives.
In this role, you will use your expertise in change methodologies, tools, and principles to drive meaningful organizational transformation. You'll help shape a purpose-driven culture by providing expert guidance, structured planning, and insightful reporting.
You will be responsible for leading through ambiguity and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of and alignment with the values and dynamics of volunteer-based community service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in portfolio, project, and change management
- Expertise in change methodologies, tools, and principles
- Ability to build trusted relationships with executive leads and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Ability to drive outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results
- Strong understanding of and alignment with the values and dynamics of volunteer-based community service
