We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day content of our online platforms. This role requires a strong e-commerce expert with experience in managing omni-channels, product uploads, and accurate product information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing ecommerce store and omnichannel experiences
  • Ensuring consistent branding and merchandising across all platforms
  • Uploading new products, editing and revising product info and images
  • Managing customer journeys and user experiences
  • Creating and populating collections and merchandising strategies
  • Assisting with content creation and proofing
  • Reporting on content performance and making improvements
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to set up sales and products
  • Verifying product attributes and ensuring accuracy
