We're seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Senior Manager, Commercial & Financial Analysis to join our team in Cremorne.
Reporting into our Development Director, this pivotal role will see you take ownership of Kokoda's financial models, bringing clarity and insight to some of the country's most ambitious projects.You'll play a key role in shaping investment decisions and supporting our growth strategy, providing commercial analysis, financial feasibility and scenario planning that will directly influence the direction of our landmark developments.
From luxury residential to mixed-use precincts and hospitality ventures, your work will underpin the future of Kokoda's portfolio.If you thrive at the intersection of finance, strategy and property development, and have the confidence to present at a Senior Management and Executive level, this is your chance to contribute to the legacy we're building.About the RoleBuild, maintain and operate Kokoda's project feasibility and financial models across residential, commercial and hospitality projectsDeliver clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making at Senior Management and Executive levelPartner with the Development Director and project teams to assess commercial viability and optimise outcomesProvide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to guide project strategy and risk managementPrepare high-quality presentations and reports for Senior Management, the Executive and external stakeholdersMonitor project performance against forecasts and provide proactive recommendationsSupport funding, joint venture and capital raising activities through robust analysis and modellingCollaborate across finance, sales, marketing and development to ensure alignment of commercial objectivesAbout YouDegree qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field; post-grad qualifications (CFA, CA, CPA, MBA) highly regardedProven experience in financial modelling, commercial analysis and feasibility assessment within property development or a related sectorStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendationsExceptional stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with confidence at Senior Management and Executive levelAdvanced Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally supported by exposure to industry-specific modelling toolsHighly analytical, detail-oriented and strategic thinker with the ability to operate at paceCollaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentOn OfferThis is an opportunity to make your mark on some of Australia's most exciting developments.
