Nurse Manager with Excellent Leadership Skills

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager. This pivotal role will provide essential support to the Nurse Unit Manager in the day-to-day management of the Recovery Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership abilities, experience in supervising nursing staff, and a strong ability to foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under minimal supervision.

The position requires a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years' post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nurse Unit Manager in the day-to-day management of the Recovery Unit
- Supervise nursing staff and foster a collaborative team environment
- Develop and implement clinical practices to improve patient care
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve unit goals
