At SA Health, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to take on the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Acute Assessment Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit, including managing staff performance, implementing practice changes, and promoting continuity and consistency of care across the ward or unit.

We are looking for a nurse with a strong background in acute care, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience, current registration with the Nursing Board of Australia, and a valid practising certificate.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build on your experience and develop your leadership skills, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to drive excellence in patient care and team performance.
