
Service Desk Specialist

At First Focus, we're seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our team. This role involves providing remote service desk support to a variety of environments from 10 - 500 users, as a point of escalation and subject matter expert.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Managed Services and the needs of mid-tier clients. They will be able to deliver fast support to clients using automations and AI, while also working with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing remote service desk support
- Supporting servers, desktops and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD and M365 environments
- Delivering support for Azure Intra, Hyper-V and Citrix cloud infrastructure
- Performing a wide variety of support across many technologies
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Advanced understanding of end user support and Active Directory
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure and Exchange
- Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking
