Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Program Support Officer to join our team on an exciting project delivering digital careers education programs across remote schools in the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to gain hands-on experience working with young people in regional communities, playing a key role in delivering on-site engagement, supporting teachers and students, and helping make future career pathways more visible and exciting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Traveling with our team to schools in the Darwin and Broome regions;
  • SUPPORTING delivery of in-school sessions, including presenting platform features and assisting students with interactive tasks;
  • Building rapport with students and teachers to encourage engagement and confidence in using the program;
  • Troubleshooting basic tech or platform issues and providing hands-on guidance during sessions;
  • Collecting informal feedback from teachers and students during the pilot;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present confidently;
  • Able to work effectively in a classroom environment and build rapport with students and teachers;
  • Culturally respectful, open-minded, and adaptable to different learning environments;
  • Enthusiastic about education and passionate about improving student access to career education;
  • Available for travel in late July (exact dates to be confirmed) and able to commit to a short-term project.

  • Pay rate: $1,250.00 - $1,350.00 per week;
