Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering impactful training workshops focusing on digital systems and technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale learning and development projects, including leading training workshops and sessions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite, with expertise in software applications and tools.
  • Proficiency in change management principles and practices, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Previous experience with technology platforms and solutions, including the TechnologyOne OneCouncil solution.
