Job Description
  • Develop and implement engaging learning strategies and programs tailored to the organisation's goals.
  • Collaborate with Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps and to drive engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Influence leadership behaviours and enhance capabilities through coaching, training, and strategic insight.
  • Standardise learning and development practices across the business units.
  • Identify capability gaps and create pathways for growth and retention.
  • Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative learning solutions to the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience leading L&D in a multi-site, diverse, sales-driven organisation.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate setting.
  • Comfortable with strategic design and hands-on delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially with owner-operators.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Grit, resilience, and quiet confidence, able to influence and drive accountability.
  • Experience in working within the automotive industry is highly regarded.
  • To be considered for this role you will require full Australian Working rights.
