Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team of accountants, assistant accountants and finance officers. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, audits and reporting for a sub-unit of ALPA.

You will identify and implement impactful system improvements and automation, collaborate with leaders to guide financial decisions, and uphold our values and contribute to meaningful, community-focused work.

Requirements
  • 3+ years post-qualification accounting experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills (Dynamics 365 a bonus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A passion for linking finance with purpose and performance
