- Experience a rare lifestyle and purpose-led career in Tennant Creek, NT
Your Leadership Legacy Starts Here
At Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation, we're not just delivering healthcare — we're strengthening communities through cultural connection, systemic reform, and holistic wellbeing.
We're seeking a strategic and people-focused Executive Manager – Business Services to champion this mission. Based in Tennant Creek, this role is your opportunity to influence positive change on the ground, across the boardroom, and within the lives of those we serve.
You won't just be filling a seat — you'll be redefining how corporate services operate in a dynamic, culturally rich Aboriginal health setting.
You Lead with Clarity, Culture and Purpose
You're more than experienced — you're resilient, clear-headed and calm under pressure, with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen.
Your leadership style is:
- Unbiased, professional, and principled, standing firm under pressure
- Team-focused, with a drive to unify and collaborate across silos
- Strategic yet grounded, with the ability to plan long-term while managing daily complexity
- Culturally sensitive, especially toward Aboriginal employees and community structures
- Adaptable and independent, suited to remote living with simplicity and perspective
You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Business, or similar
- At least 4–5 years' experience in senior corporate or business management
- Proven skill in finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reporting
- The ability to build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through change
- High emotional intelligence, honesty, and a genuine passion for social purpose
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. While this is not an identified role, First Nations leadership is highly desired.
Join a Team in Transition. Lead the Way Forward
The executive team is capable, evolving, and open to growth. You'll be joining a leadership environment where learning, transparency, and trust are priorities — and your role will be key to contribute towards operational excellence, ensuring corporate compliance and delivering strategic initiatives that support our long-term goals.
What to Expect in Your First Few Weeks
You'll be welcomed into a close-knit executive team navigating exciting change. With support from the CEO, HR, and the acting Executive Manager, you'll receive a structured handover and gain valuable insights into internal systems, culture, and strategy. You'll also start building relationships across departments and the community to understand the environment and opportunities ahead.
Your Work Matters — and So Do You
In addition to a salary starting from $150,000 (negotiable), you'll access:
- Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a.
- Subsidised accommodation in Tennant Creek
- Up to $5,000 relocation plus $5,000 repatriation support
- Remote retention allowance of $750
- 6 weeks annual leave
- Study leave available
- $1,500 annual professional development fund
- Free GP and dental services (lab work excluded)
- Vehicle allowance
- A healthy, values-driven executive culture
Lead Change. Live Purpose
If you're excited to lead strategic transformation, nurture leadership, and be part of a movement for Aboriginal community wellbeing — we'd love to hear from you.
