About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Banking Services team as a Customer Service Representative in our Marrickville Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers' transactional banking needs and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers, and CommFX.
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers' needs and identify opportunities for specific products or services.
  • Assist with Cash/ATM procedures and educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Adhere to the Bank's processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions.
