Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in the successful delivery of occupational rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a strong focus on people management and relationship building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of rehabilitation consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the provision of high-quality injury management services. They will work closely with our management team to continue to grow our services throughout Western Sydney.

The role involves:

  • Leading a team of rehabilitation consultants
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality injury management services
  • Working closely with our management team to grow our services

Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
