We provide occupational rehabilitation services to individuals with physical and psychological conditions. Our goal is to help them achieve their goals and live life to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Work collaboratively with clients, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
- Conduct various assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, and identify suitable employment opportunities;
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling;
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC);
- Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
- Fabulous communication skills and empathy;
- Well-developed time management skills;
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance required.
