Nurse Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Educator to join our team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Services, Glenside. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing practice within the framework of the National Mental Health Policy and National Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs, training sessions, and learning materials to support nursing and midwifery practice.
- Provide targeted education and training support across various wards, units, and community programs.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes and service delivery.
- Take accountability for the effectiveness of nursing education practices and address any inconsistencies between practice and policy.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with at least three years' experience and a qualification in mental health nursing (equivalent to a Graduate Diploma). You will have proven leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple demands, and foster a supportive, collaborative workplace. You will also have experience in developing and delivering educational programs, with strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
