About Us

The Women's and Children's Hospital is a leading healthcare provider in South Australia, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to women and children.

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse/Midwife and/or Midwife Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational services, you will play a vital role in coordinating, planning, developing, and evaluating professional development activities for nurses and midwives.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver education programs for nurses and midwives
  • Develop and evaluate educational content to meet the needs of our staff
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify educational needs and priorities
  • Prepare and present presentations to various audiences

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified nurse/midwife with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • At least 3 years' post-registration experience in nursing or midwifery
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
