Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous retail management experience and a passion for coaching and developing their team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and stock management
  • Roster management and wage control
  • Leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to achieve store targets
  • Couching, developing, and mentoring team members
Key Skills and Qualifications
