About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Optimization Specialist to join our team at Kelsian Group Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of public transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Collect and analyze data on patronage, service performance, and other relevant metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Program Coordination: Lead the preparation and coordination of route changes, network scheduling projects, and manage regular reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to foster relations and gather feedback.
  • Customer and Staff Feedback: Investigate and address customer and staff feedback on route performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, local authorities, and other relevant groups, to address public transport services and traffic management issues.
  • Service Reviews: Conduct and oversee comprehensive service reviews using data analytics tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Scheduling Oversight: Oversee all scheduling projects using data-driven approaches to optimize service delivery.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the company's objectives and enhance service operations.

About You

  • Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced skills in managing complex network, scheduling, and efficiency projects.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ensure personal safety and health while preventing any adverse effects on the safety and health of others at the workplace.
  • Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and rules; use personal protective equipment as required; and maintain and care for issued protective equipment.
  • Promptly report injuries and accidents, correct hazards where possible, and collaborate with management on safety and health matters.
  • Engage actively in safety and health programs and activities to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of company staff, external bodies, and the general public.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Report Writing: Proficient in preparing detailed reports and creating presentations.
  • Data Management: Skilled in using data analytics tools for reviewing and managing large datasets, including timetabling, scheduling, and rostering.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
