We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a strong generalist background to join our team. This individual will have a proven track record of building trusted partnerships with business leaders and delivering strategic people solutions that drive engagement, capability, and performance.

Job Summary

This role plays a critical part in supporting and advising line managers across all areas of people management. Key responsibilities include the implementation of HR policies and services, managing employee relations and casework, and supporting wellbeing, learning and development, and organisational change initiatives.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or ER/IR.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organised and outcome-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
