Job Description

This full-time opportunity involves delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, ultimately improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.

  • Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments are essential for successful case management.
  • You will be responsible for medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services to ensure seamless collaboration among all parties involved.
  • Rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling play a crucial role in helping clients regain their autonomy and confidence.
  • Vocational assessments enable us to create personalized plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
Estimated Salary

A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are vital for effective teamwork and client engagement.
  • A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done, is essential for delivering high-quality results.
  • The ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance is mandatory.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle are necessary for traveling between work sites and locations.
  • A willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives in tangible ways is fundamental to our mission.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey is crucial for successful case management.
  • A commitment to providing a high level of customer service to clients and customers is expected.
