About the Role

We're seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join our leadership team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, enhancing company branding, and driving culture-related activities and staff wellbeing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and enhance people management processes aligned with our company values to ensure a positive employee experience.
  2. Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
  3. Manage onboarding/offboarding, performance feedback, and maintain accurate employee records.
  4. Assist in designing and implementing training and development programs to support employee growth.
  5. Organise and schedule engaging social and team-building activities to foster camaraderie and teamwork.
  6. Support employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.
  7. Oversee general office operations.
  8. Maintain and organise internal documentation and drive process improvements to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail ensures quality outcomes, while your organisational skills help you prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • You are passionate about creating a strong team spirit to make a vibrant and engaging work environment.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are proficient with relevant tools and systems, including Kanban boards.
  • Previous experience in recruitment processes.
  • Prior experience in technology or consulting would be advantageous.
