Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercially effective advice and support to employees and business leaders
  • Empower managers to build their people capability

  • Assist with the development and implementation of people strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing and processing HR documentation

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related discipline
  • Prior experience working in a similar HR or related role
  • Exposure to People Management Information Systems and Employment Contracts
  • Passion for service and multiplying people capability
  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful candidate.
