Job Overview

A key role within our organization is responsible for the development and execution of training plans. The Learning Coordinator will play a vital part in enhancing employee skills and knowledge to support operational efficiency.

This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to deploy learning programs aligned with our strategic objectives. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, assessing, tracking, and facilitating training activities across multiple sites.

  • Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare and coordinate training events, ensuring maximum site coverage.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for onboarding processes, overseeing all training requirements.
  • Deliver certified job and compliance training, including ongoing audits, badge creation, data entry, and retraining.
  • Travel between local sites to provide high-quality training services.
  • Monitor adherence to standard work and quality, providing coaching and guidance where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the preparation and distribution of training-related data and reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, meeting established deadlines.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas of inefficiency and suggesting solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to travel between sites as required.
